At MK Fulfillment, we don't just handle customer orders — we master returns processing too. For most of our clients, we seamlessly manage the entire returns process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
Daily Order Pick & Pack
Once a return is authorized by a client directly with a customer, the item is shipped back to our MK Fulfillment center using a dedicated P.O. box address. Upon arrival, our team swiftly scans the items back into our CRM system, reconciling the return with the customer's details and confirming safe receipt.
Next, we meticulously inspect the returned product, carefully noting its condition and ensuring it is complete, unopened, and with packaging intact. Following our agreed-upon protocol, we can then proceed to either return the product to our client's stock for resale, re-package it, or set it aside for disposal, depending on their preferences.

A daily returns report is automatically sent to each client at the end of each day. This provides the data needed to verify the status of a return, enabling the client to then process refunds or exchanges in accordance with their customer returns policy.
The current status of returns is updated on our Client CRM Portal which is then accessible for our clients to view at any time.
